EMFASIS was established in 2002 in the Washington DC area to provide IT services to the public and private sectors. Our motivation was our scientific curiosity and interest in solving complex problems for our clients using innovative, technologically advanced techniques. Our vision is to exceed our clients' expectations in terms of quality, results, time and budget. We have been successful doing so by paying attention to detail and being fully committed to the satisfaction of our clients.
